ULTRASOUND IMAGES
 

1. I have discovered previously unrecognized pathological substrate in the human organism and identified it as PRIMARY TB FOCUS. It is found IN THE PARENCHYMA OF THE UPPER POLES OF BOTH KIDNEYS, immediately below the beds of the adrenal glands. It is recorded ultrasonographically, its appearance is characteristic, easily recognizable and it is readily accessible for observation and analysis. I have evidenced it in all the examined patients (over 23,000) in the period 1996 – 2003.

2. I have discovered ULTRASOUND PICTURE OF RENAL TUBERCULOSIS.
Based on the current doctrinal attitude, ultrasonography is incapable to diagnose tuberculous changes in the kidney.
Indeed it is unmistakably capable!

3. I have discovered TRUE NATURE OD RENAL TUBERCULOSIS.
The disease has been wrongfully identified so far!

4. I have discovered that RENAL TUBERCULOSIS IS EQUALLY FREQUENT IN CHILDREN AS IN ADULTS. This is quite the opposite of the attitude prevailing so far!

5. I have discovered that A NUMBER OF DISEASES, which have been clearly defined as having different etiopathogenesis, actually -  ORIGINATE FROM THE RENAL TUBERCULOSIS.

6. I have discovered SURPRISINGLY HIGH INCIDENCE OF TUBERCULOSIS-INDUCED LESIONS OF THE ADRENAL GLAND.
Incidence of the lesions is shocking!

7. I have discovered a NEW TECHNIQUE OF ULTRASOUND EXAMINATION, considerably more effective in comparison to the standard one. All the discoveries were made using the technique!

8. I have discovered NEW POSSIBILITIES OF ULTRASONOGRAPHY.
The method may record renal changes in vivo, undetectable by any other diagnostic method.

I have described all the above in the book: “A NEW PERSPECTIVE OF RENAL TUBERCULOSIS ”.
